BONANZA -- A woman and two children were found shot to death Wednesday morning during a welfare check conducted sheriff's deputies.
Sebastian County Sheriff's Office dispatchers received a call around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday about a welfare check on the occupants of a residence in the 1100 block of First Avenue in Bonanza, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Office issued Thursday.
Bonanza Police Department was given the call as the address is in that city's limits, but Sheriff's Office deputies also went on the call to assist, the release states.
