Kelly Osbourne is stepping out for an important cause.

The "Fashion Police" alum made a rare public appearance in Birmingham, U.K., to accept the Lord Mayor’s Award and a book of condolences on behalf of her late dad Ozzy Osbourne , who passed away at age 76 in July.

For the Dec. 3 outing, Kelly Osbourne, 41, paired her all-black ensemble with a matching hairbow and her dad's signature round-rimmed sunglasses as she posed alongside the Lord Mayor of Birmingham Zafar Iqbal and her mom Sharon Osbourne , 63, who held the award plaque. Following the ceremony, the two Osbourne women also enjoyed a delicious lunch with Iqbal, his Deputy Lord Mayor Ken Wood and other members of the city council.
