An Oregon man is accused of raping a 7-year-old Clark County boy whom he babysat, court records show.
Taylor Klemonsky, 25, appeared Thursday in Clark County Superior Court on a warrant for two counts of first-degree rape of a child.
Court documents say the victim and his family referred to Klemonsky as their babysitter.
Judge Christine Hayes ordered Klemonsky be held on $75,000 bail and that he not go anywhere children may be present.
Klemonsky is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 10.
The boy’s parents reported to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office that their son had been sexually abused by Klemonsky. During an interview at the Children’s Justice Center, the boy provided further details to investigators of multiple incidents in which Klemonsky sexually abused him, court records state. T
