Lawmakers had a private briefing with the military official who oversaw the September attack on an alleged drug vessel that included a second strike which killed surviving crew members. Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) tells CNN’s Jake Tapper the video of the strike was “pretty hard to watch.”
