The lawsuit filed against Conor McGregor over allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman following a 2023 NBA Finals game has been dismissed, according to The Athletic.
The plaintiff filed for the dismissal in U.S. District Court, per the publication, and Senior Judge Joan A. Lenard of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice on Dec. 3, meaning the woman cannot refile the case in the future.
A representative for the plaintiff and McGregor did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
