SUNY Delhi announced a $32 million investment into a new mechatronics facility on campus, to house the school's associate and bachelor's programs in mechatronics design and technology, Thursday, Dec. 4.
With SUNY Chancellor John B. King, SUNY Delhi President Mary Bonderoff said North Hall will be "reimagined as a state of the art applied technology facility for mechatronics." She addressed the room in Sanford Hall, which included representatives from Gov. Kathy Hochul's office, partners from the SUNY Construction Fund and Omar Sanders, the regional director of Empire State Development, among other officials, like Assemblymember Chris Tague.
