GREEN BAY, Wis -- The Green Bay men’s basketball team suffered an 80–78 home loss Thursday night, as Robert Morris’ Nikolaos Chitikoudis hit a game-winning layup with 2.6 seconds to give the Colonials the win.
The Phoenix (4-6, 0-1) had four players score in double figures, led by Justin Allen , who had 20 points. Preston Ruedinger added 17 points and six assists, and Marcus Hall chipped in as well with 14 points. Robert Morris (7-3, 1-0) was led by DeSean Goode, who scored 18 points and pulled down a game-high nine rebounds. Ryan Prather scored 11 points and had five rebounds. Darius Livingston and Cam Wilds also contributed with scoring 10 points apiece off the bench.
