Helping Hawks become one of state's best, Urbana's Long wins two assistant baseball coach awards

After serving as Walkersville High School’s head baseball coach, Jeremy Long joined Urbana head coach Mike Frownfelter’s staff in 2015.

“We were friends while he was at Walkersville,” Frownfelter said. “And I thought he’d be a great addition to our staff.”
