ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Opening statements will begin Monday in the trial involving Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small.
On Thursday, the jury in the case was selected.
Small faces charges that include aggravated assault, terroristic threats and witness tampering in connection with the alleged abuse of his teenage daughter.

Small's wife, La'Quetta, will be tried separately. She is accused of failing to report the abuse allegations.
