Mitchell David Kohn, beloved son, brother, and cherished friend, was born on Dec. 18, 1988, and went home to Heaven on Dec. 1, 2025. Though his time on Earth was far too short, Mitch’s presence left a lasting and radiant imprint on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mitch was the treasured son of father David Kohn, mother Holly Forchette, and step-father Dave Forchette, and the loving brother of William Krueger. He was deeply adored by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mitch spent his adolescent years in Upper Michigan, where he enjoyed the companionship of friends and family and formed many of the memories that shaped his generous spirit.
