Firefighters said they had the huge blaze at an AerSale facility near the Roswell International Air Center in New Mexico under control on Thursday night, as dramatic footage shared on social media showed the scale of the inferno.
"AerSale reports no one should have been in the building at the time of the fire. No injuries to firefighters or anyone else," said the City of Roswell Fire Department in a statement shared to Facebook around 9:45 p.m. local time.
AerSale supplies aircraft and related products. Newsweek has reached out to AerSale for comment via a contact form on its website.
There was no immediate information on the cause of the fire. It was reported by a passerby at around 7:55 p.m, the fire service said.
