IRON MOUNTAIN – Kingsford prevailed in 17 of 24 events in its home opening swim meet against Houghton Tuesday at the Northern Lights YMCA Dickinson Center pool. The Flivver girls secured a 98-71 team victory, while the Gremlin boys – with considerably more swimmers than the Flivvers – took a 85-73 decision.
