CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Police investigated a report in which, during the wee hours of Nov. 29, a boy, 14, was robbed at gunpoint by his cousin, 15.

At 1:20 a.m. on that date, police spoke with the younger boy just minutes after the incident took place.

He told an officer that at 12:55 a.m. he was contacted via Instagram by his cousin asking him if he wanted to get together. The cousin sent an Uber to the younger boy’s home on St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland to bring him to the Gas USA station at 2392 Noble Road in Cleveland Heights.

The younger boy met up with his cousin across the street from the gas station. The two then walked to and into the gas station, where the cousin noticed a friend unknown to the victim.
