Andrew Dykes, a resident of Tampa, Florida, was arrested on a warrant from Nassau County, N.Y. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, ABC News reports. Dykes, 66, was arrested in connection with Tanya Denise Jackson's 1997 murder, once associated with the Gilgo Beach serial killings.
