A house in Franklin Lakes that sold for $3.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bergen County in the past week.

In total, 66 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $1.1 million, or $505 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.7 million, detached house at 1060 Glen Road

The single-family home at 1060 Glen Road in Fort Lee has new owners. The price was $1,720,000. The house was built in 2019 and has a living area of 1,312 square feet. The price per square foot was $1,311. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.
