RIDGEFIELD — A national homebuilder has broken ground on a new luxury housing development near Ridgefield’s Royle Road.
The 27-house project — Toll Brothers at Quail Ridge, 3832 S. 16th Way — sits just past another housing development near Windy Hills Winery.
The Pennsylvania-based luxury homebuilder said in a November news release that it expects the new community to open for sale in early 2026.
The homes will include one- and two-story designs, ranging from about 2,700 to nearly 4,000 square feet. The company said the homes — all with four to six bedrooms, three to five bathrooms, and two- to four-car garages — will start at $1 million.
