A former doctor from Birmingham has been charged over alleged sexual assaults carried out against 38 victims who were patients in his care.

Nathaniel Spencer, 38, from Quinton , has been charged with 15 counts of sexual assault and 17 counts of assault by penetration.

He also faces nine counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, three counts of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, and one count of attempting to assault by penetration.
