Horrific videos show the moment a teenage driver allegedly sped up to more than 100 miles per hour to deliberately smash into cars stopped at a red light, killing his pregnant girlfriend and now two others.
The dramatic footage was played at a bail hearing for accused murderer Jose Gutierrez, 19, on Thursday — the same day a newlywed woman became the third to die from the horrific Nov. 18 crash.
Prosecutors argued that it showed Gutierrez accelerating up to 109 mph in a 45-mph zone before deliberately crashing into the stationary cars, sending debris flying — with one car spinning across the intersection in flames.
“He hits [the gas] from about eight-tenths of a mile away straight at a light that is dead red,” Chief Deputy District Attorney Nicholas Portz said, 8NewsNow reported .
