BBC Strictly Come Dancing professional Alexis Warr has disclosed that she has a reality TV background, having featured on a major US programme before joining the BBC One lineup.

The 25-year-old, who hails from Utah, is battling it out in Saturday's quarter final alongside celebrity partner George Clarke as the duo attempt an Argentine Tango.

Prior to her Strictly stint, Alexis was a cast member on the US version of Dancing with the Stars and competed on So You Think You Can Dance.
