First words are sweet and first steps are exciting, but there’s something about first lost tooth that makes us so emotional. It’s a milestone that truly feels like a “big kid” one, and officially shows that your baby is no longer little. Andy Cohen is going through it with his son Ben, 6, and we’re sending all the hugs.

The Bravo TV host revealed that Ben recently lost his first tooth, which made Cohen cry. “He was walking in, and I’m watching him…you know, watching a child from behind, you know, when you watch them go in somewhere, and you’re looking at them from behind with their big backpack. I burst into tears,” Cohen said on his radio show, per PEOPLE.
