Fans of Celebrity Race Across the World were shocked to find out the real age of actor Dylan Llewellyn.

The actor is currently competing in the third season of the reality competition with his mother, Jackie.

The mother-son duo have quickly become fan favourites on the show, which challenges teams to race 5,900km across Central America with no cellphones and a budget of £950 per person, the amount it would cost to fly the same route.

The pair have lagged behind the other teams for much of the competition, earning the fanmade title “Team Tortoise”.

Dylan is best known for his student-aged roles in shows like Derry Girl and Big Boys, but is in fact 33 years old.
