A house in Vineland that sold for $649,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cumberland County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 21 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $312,729, or $188 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $310K, single-family house at 7 Tipton Drive

A 1,888-square-foot single-family residence at 7 Tipton Drive in Bridgeton has been sold. The price was $310,000, $164 per square foot. The house was built in 1970. The deal was finalized on Nov. 3.
