According to The Economist , "no recent president has fallen so low so quickly as Donald Trump." The publication cited that at the start of Trump's second term in January, public opinion was evenly divided between voters who supported the president and those who did not. In all, the president's net approval rating plummeted by 19% and continues to drop, according to The Economist.
