The occasion marked only the fifth time in her royal tenure that Middleton has worn a tiara—and with reportedly 2,600 diamonds in Queen Victoria’s Oriental Circlet Tiara, styled with a blue sequin-studded Jenny Packham gown—it was her biggest tiara to date.
