A Suffolk photographer diagnosed with Parkinson's has napped a calendar full of beautiful sunrises to raise funds for charity.
Audrey Boyle, 66, from Orford, was diagnosed with the disease in 2019.
She started taking photos of the sunrise over the River Ore as part of her "morning mindfulness".
Her "Dawn Diaries" 2026 calendar, made up of these iPhone-captured images, is now on sale to benefit Parkinson’s UK’s Nurse Appeal.
Ms Boyle, who is also a Pilates and dance teacher, said: "Through my photography, I’ve found a creative outlet and a way to stay connected with the natural world.
"The river has become my teacher, helping me overcome impatience, discomfort, low mood, and apathy."
Each month's picture in the calendar is paired with her reflections on her experience with Parkinson's
