AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Amarillo police say one teen was injured following a three-vehicle crash near Northeast 24th and Fritch Highway.
Officials say officers responded to the area Thursday just after 4 p.m. on reports of a vehicle crash and an unresponsive person.
When officers arrived, they found a teenage boy injured outside a vehicle.
He was transported to an area hospital for his injuries.
Officials say no other injuries were reported.
Officers learned the teenager was driving southbound on Fritch Hwy when he struck the vehicle in front of him.
The second vehicle was then pushed into the vehicle in front of them.
All three vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating the incident.
