A former amusement arcade in Blackwood could be turned into a cafe and sports lounge
A former amusement arcade could be turned into a cafe and sports lounge. David Milligan has applied for planning permission to redevelop the former site of Stardust Amusements in Blackwood town centre, Caerphilly county.
Mr Milligan hopes to change the use of 115 High Street from a commercial premises to a "coffee shop, sports lounge and darts retail store" called The Social Bull. In his application he promises a “family-friendly atmosphere where families and friends can come to our venue, relax and play some pool and darts”.
He said the business would run darts tournaments for under-18s and include a function room for private events such as children’s parties. For the biggest stories in Wales first,
