Police in Harrisburg, Pa., are sharing more details this week about a mother of three who was fatally stabbed at the family’s home last month.

Violette Pierre, 31, was found dead around noon on Nov. 25. Her 13-year-old son came home from school and told police he discovered both his mother and a man he described as his stepfather lying on the bathroom floor, bleeding, according to local CBS
