Windsor Locks Woman Killed In Head-On Suffield Crash; Other Driver Taken To Hospital

A head-on collision in Suffield has left one woman dead, authorities said. 

Carol M. Breton, 77, of Windsor Locks, died after her sprinter van crossed the double yellow line in the area of 367 East St. South and collided with an oncoming sedan around 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, Suffield police said. 

Paramedics rushed the driver of the sedan to Baystate Hospital. 

The North Central Municipal Accident Reconstruction Squad is investigating the crash.
