The groups for the 2026 World Cup have been set after the 2026 World Cup draw was held on Friday in Washington, D.C.

All 48 teams were drawn into 12 groups of four teams each, though only 42 teams are known for now.

Six spots are still up for grabs, with inter-confederation playoffs taking place in March to determine the final spots at the World Cup.

The 2026 World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19 and will be co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
