The second biggest movie in history , which had the biggest opening in history, is coming back to make some more history. Avengers: Endgame , the 2019 juggernaut that brought a close to Marvel Studios’ 11-year Infinity Saga, will return to theaters on September 25, 2026, to get fans ready for the next Avengers film, Avengers: Doomsday.
The Hollywood Reporter broke the news, though it’s unclear how wide or how long the film would open for. Currently, Endgame is only about $124 million away from beating Avatar as the highest-grossing film in history, but that would be an incredible amount for a re-release to gross.
