Firefighters extinguished a blaze Dec. 5 at the Home Depot near 91st and Peoria avenues.

Crews from Peoria, Sun City, and Glendale arrived at 1:24 a.m. with flames visible from the roof.

A Peoria fire depeartment spokesperson said crews launched an aggressive roof attack and were able to stop the fire from spreading. He said no firefighters or civilians were injured.

Investigators are working to determine how the fire started.

The store is now open.
