EAST LANSING — The Michigan State women's basketball team will be without one of its starters when it opens Big Ten play against Wisconsin on Sunday, Dec. 7.
Senior guard Theryn Hallock is expected to be sidelined for the next few weeks with a foot injury according to Spartan coach Robyn Fralick.
"She's going to be out for a little bit," Fralick said on Friday, Dec. 5. "Hopefully it's something that can heal up and we'll be excited to get her back."
Hallock missed the Spartans' victory over Clemson in the title game of the Baha Mar Nassau Championship on Nov. 30. The 2025 second team All-Big Ten selection is averaging 10.9 points and 3.1 assists and has started all seven games she has played this season for No. 20-ranked MSU (8-0).
Fralick is hopeful Hallock will return to the lineup i
