Justin Baldoni filed a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times after the newspaper wrote an article about Blake Lively ‘s California Civil Rights Department complaint against him… but he says he has never read the article.

The article detailed Blake ‘s allegations against Justin , accusing him of orchestrating a smear campaign against her after she filed a sexual harassment claim during filming of It Ends With Us .

Justin and his team said that the claims in the NYT article were “categorically false and easily disproven,” but their lawsuit was dismissed in June.

“The Times had no obvious motive to favor Lively’s version of events,” the judge ruled.
