Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe revealed on The Joe Rogan Experience that he was once offered a job to write for WWE, but turned it down due to the location requirements.

“It was only a couple years into me doing stand up… Someone’s like, ‘Hey, I have a friend in WWE if you want to have a meeting with them,'” Hinchcliffe said. “I went in with straight up ideas… The Undertaker’s brother comes back again… I went in with the whole thing. This guy’s like… ‘This is crazy. You just did this?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I found out a couple days ago we were going to talk.'”

Hinchcliffe said the company offered him the position, but the logistics of the job didn’t fit his comedy career.
