BERGEN BEACH — The 63rd Precinct Community Council held its final meeting of the year to cover November and December with residents on Wednesday at the John Malone Center at 2335 Bergen Ave.

Council President Greg Borruso said he and community leaders recently met with Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzales and other district attorneys who represent the area.

”We were promised that if we had any kind of need, special attention on any cases that come in, to reach out and he could help us out,” Borruso said.

Borruso also thanked Vice President Marilyn Vazquez for representing him at a quarterly meeting with the captain of the Community Affairs Bureau. “It gives us the opportunity to reach out to a higher branch,” Borru
