Students at Uintah Elementary School recently met a pre-holidays fundraising goal, and the payoff came Friday when the students had a chance to toss pie in the faces of their principal and other willing teachers and school staff.
The students gathered over 4,000 items for the East High food pantry. As a reward, the Uintah students got have a fun assembly to cap the week. Judging by everyone’s reactions, it was a great day to celebrate a worthy cause.
