The Lovin’ Life Music Festival will not be happening in 2026, as organizers said it is taking a “short pause.”

The announcement was made Friday on the festival’s social media accounts and website. Organizers said next year’s cancellation is due to “circumstances outside of our control.”

“Thank you for making Lovin’ Life such an amazing success. Because of you, Lovin’ Life was named one of USA Today’s ‘10 Best New Festivals in the Country,’ and together we brought national artists to Charlotte while creating a platform for local talent. Your support has been at the heart of it all,” organizers wrote. “That’s why it’s especially disappointing to share that, due to circumstances outside our control, Lovin’ Life will take a short pause in 2026 – Stay tuned for updates.”
