Film crews will be rolling in to downtown Penticton next week to capture some of the city’s iconic winter locations as part of an upcoming feature film.
Park access
Filming of the Netflix holiday movie will take place at Gyro Park, using the outdoor rink, Link Road and light tunnel, all day on Wednesday, Dec. 10. While the park remains open, be aware that the tunnel and other lights displays may be temporarily closed to the public after 3 p.m.
The film -- with the working title -- “Winstead & Ruby” is about a wise basset hound who makes friends with an energetic corgi.
