The professional ballroom dancer shared that when it comes to how she treats her biological son Zane , 3, whom she shares with fiancé Brian Austin Green , in comparison to how she treats her stepkids—Brian's kids Noah , 12, Bodhi , 11, and Journey , 9, whom he shares with ex-wife Megan Fox , as well as his son Kassius , 23, whom he shares with ex Vanessa Marcil —she makes sure to treat all of them with the same kindness and support.

"I'm the same parent to them as I am to Zane," Sharna shared Dec. 5 in response to a question on her Instagram Story . "Same rules (age depending), same love, same affection. Same desire to give them a life full of opportunity and love and set them up for success."
