AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Amarillo police have arrested a suspect involved in a deadly crash on SE 10th.

Around 11:08 p.m. Dec. 4, officers were called to SE 10th for a crash involving a Ford F150 pickup and a Chevrolet Lumina.

Officers arrived to find the Ford had been driving east in the westbound lanes on SE 10th. The Chevrolet was driving west.

The two cars collided head-on.

Police say the driver of the Ford ran away and was later found in the alley of SE 10th.

Police say there were four people inside the Chevrolet. All four people were taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

One passenger has died from their injuries. They have not been identified at this time.

Police identified the suspect in the crash as 35-year-old Marcos Ramirez-Ramirez.
