It comes after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for wind across all six counties on Friday.
The warning was in place between 12pm today until 7pm.
The forecaster said the strong winds could bring potential disruption for transport and travel.
Northern Ireland Electricity’s (NIE) power cut checker lists at least 130 customers without access to electricity.
The cuts are primarily centred in the east and south of the region but a number of power lines have also failed in the north west.
The electricity provider has been contacted for comment.
