DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur police responded to a park off East Lost Bridge Park Friday afternoon.

Police were called to Sportsmans Park around 4:15 p.m. It's unclear why they were at the park. DPD command didn't have any information when reached by phone Friday.

WAND News Reporter Carlee Bronkema said she could see officers near the dock at Lake Decatur.

She said several police cars, two ambulances and a fire truck were also on scene.

Police were blocking the entrance to the park from Lost Bridge Road.
