The Marquette volleyball team will keep dancing.
The Golden Eagles swept seventh-seeded Western Kentucky 25-22, 25-21, 25-16 in the first round of the NCAA tournament on Dec. 5 in Louisville, Kentucky.
MU (18-10) advances to the NCAA second round for the ninth time in program history. The Golden Eagles will play the winner of the Louisville-Loyola (Chicago) match on Dec. 6.
"It was just a great team win," Ring told the ESPN broadcast after the victory. "I think everyone really executed their role and we played together."
