OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford entered a plea in court this week regarding the traffic stop by police on Sept. 28.
In a court filing Monday, Crawford, through his attorney Joseph Naatz, entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of careless driving and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

According to Omaha Police, a car was stopped in the area of 12th and Capitol Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning after it was observed that the car was driving recklessly.
OPD says an officer observed a firearm in the car while speaking with the driver. For safety, according to OPD, all four occupants of the car were ordered out of the vehicle at gunpoint.
