Driver hits officer then crashes into home in North Philadelphia, police say

Sources say police were attempting to tow a female suspect's car when she backed the vehicle into a PPD car and then into the officer and fled the scene. The driver then crashed into a home about a mile away. CBS Philadelphia's Dan Snyder reports.
