I'm A Celebrity fans were moved to tears during one of the series' most touching scenes, as Aitch was reunited with his sisters, Gracie and Hattie.

Tonight's episode of the ITV reality favourite saw emotions soar as the celebrities enjoyed a taste of home through visits from their loved ones.

Aitch was clearly overwhelmed upon seeing his two sisters again. The 25-year-old award-winning rapper was rendered speechless, breaking into an enormous grin before rushing to embrace both siblings with hugs and kisses.

In a touching exchange, Gracie told her brother: "We've missed you so much!" Aitch then showed them around the camp
