Fallout: New Vegas is one of the most popular Fallout games to exist and its popularity has only skyrocketed since the announcement that Fallout Season 2 will use the iconic setting as its backdrop.
As such there are suddenly a lot of eyes on the game’s developer, Obsidian Entertainment, who actually got to visit the set of Fallout S2 via Bethesda’s own Todd Howard.
Earlier this year Obsidian Entertainment released Avowed, a fantasy RPG that was unfairly compared to Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls series.
Players thought in the build-up to its launch that it’d be the Fallout: New Vegas equivalent to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
That wasn’t exactly the case as while it was a solid RPG it left many wanting more, clearly not learning their lesson from The Outer Worlds which also got comparisons
