ANMOORE, W.Va. — A single lane closure will be in place on Interstate 79 in both the northbound and southbound slow lanes and shoulders starting at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 8, through 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, for roadway and shoulder repair.

The affected stretch of highway is located between mile marker 117, the Anmoore exit, and mile marker 119, the Meadowbrook exit. The closure will be used for both day and nighttime operations.

While the slow lanes and shoulders will be closed, two travel lanes will remain open in both the northbound and southbound directions during the repair work.

Motorists are advised to anticipate delays and allow additional time for their commute. The project schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
