FOXBOROUGH, Mass. —
We're just hours away from finding out what teams will be playing in Foxborough, Massachusetts for the 2026 World Cup.
At noon on Saturday, FIFA will make the announcement .
Gillette will host seven games, including five in the group stage, one round of 32, and one quarterfinal game.
Some of the groups to watch include Group C with Brazil, Morocco, Haiti and Scotland, which has built excitement among the Commonwealth's Haitian community.
"Because of the current conditions in Haiti, they couldn't play on Haitian soil, they played in Curaçao," said Boston City Councilor Ruthzee Louijeune, who is of Haitian descent. "So to be able to get this fan base in Boston is going to really fill them with a lot of joy and pride."
